Thee G.L.A.M.M. Squad is a Southern Black Girl Mentoring program founded by Dr. Krystal Nicole Martin. 

The program seeks to encourage, empower, motivate, and connect SBG to the resources, support services, and tools needed to help them achieve their educational and career goals. 

 

The program encourages SBG to keep dreaming because it helps them to realize their maximum potential and experience their dreams. 

 

This work inspires SBG to love themselves, embrace their inner beauty, overcome obstacles and get physically and mentally fit.  It encourages them to get active, volunteer in their community, VOTE, and us the power in their voice to advocate for themselves and others.  This work is committed to inspiring future leaders and transforming their lives.
